Stress at work can take many different forms with different effects on the human body . Thereof may be minor sources that do not work or mobile equipment no longer stop calling. Major sources may be excessive work without leave periods , too small volume of work , rendering of undesirable activities , fear of losing your job or fear of possible disagreements with superiors . Usually , the major sources of stress leads to burnout, depression and decreased work productivity . Work related stress can influence individual health and life outside work . If the employee has no annual holiday , even several years in a row, chronic fatigue syndrome may occur . It is characterized by severe fatigue or exhaustion , which prevents performing normal daily activities .
