A woman living in Germany thought long and hard before deciding to get a tattoo. She wanted something meaningful, and after months of research she finally settled on a quote from The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery: ‘You are responsible forever for that which you tame’. But as the quote in English would have taken a lot of space on her skin, the woman thought to have it written in Chinese. This proved to be a very bad idea, as the woman ended up getting three Chinese characters that meant chicken noodle soup tattooed on her shoulder. The tattoo artist responsible was arrested for giving customers Chinese tattoos with meanings far from what they asked for.
