During excavations in the city of Andong, South Korea, archaeologists discovered an ancient tomb 445 years old. But researchers were more impressed by the 13 letters found buried next to the mummified body of a man. One of these letters was written by the pregnant wife the dead man left behind. The letter was later translated into English: “I just cannot live without you. I just want to go to you. Please take me to where you are. My sorrow knows no limit. There is no tragedy like this under the sky.” According to experts, the letter dates from 1568.
