How many times has it happened to do or say something and then you feel extremely guilty , not knowing how to get rid of this feeling oppressive , tiring ? Although avoid to think about the topic you grind , if you talk to someone about your thoughts you will feel better, relieved and perhaps you will find together a solution. Talking , you accept that you are not perfect and make mistakes is human . If you still feel guilty , try to fix something, to get back to yourself or to fix your mistake.
