A Dutch man aged 35 is lucky to be alive after he fell from one of the tallest and most popular tourist attractions in Sri Lanka – a rock called World’s End. The man was on his honeymoon. He climbed the 4,000ft high rock and began taking pictures of his new wife. A wrong step made him fell into the void. He got stuck on to the branches of a tree growing on the rock and needed military support to be saved. Nearly 40 soldiers struggled to bring him up. The man is now out of danger.
