Hospital saves man’s life after he’s shot. 9 years later, he becomes doctor at same hospital

Ten years ago, Kevin Morton Jr. was brought to the hospital in critical condition after being shot in his abdomen during a night shift at an Arby’s in Detroit. The man had just taking care of closing the restaurant and was heading home. But as he was walking to his car, an unknown man stepped out from the dark and shot him.
The man was on the verge of dying. In fact, due to his extensive injuries, the doctors only gave him a 10% chance of surviving. The first 24 hours were critical, and a small army of doctors, nurses, and other medical personal made sure to give him the best chance to make it through the night alive. They weren’t going to give up on him.
Fast forward ten years later, and now Kevin is one of those doctors’ colleagues. The young man graduated as a surgeon and hope to help others, just like the doctors did ten years ago for him. It’s his way of giving back and thanking God for giving him a second chance.
Someone needs to turn this story into a movie! Until this happens, though, make sure to watch the video below to find out more about this incredible young man.
