He Lost His Wallet During World War II. 65 Years Later Someone Found It! What Was Inside

Edward Parker dropped his wallet behind a bookshelf while working as an electrician, repairing World War Two bomb damage in Lambeth Palace, London. The walled had slipped into an inaccessible point, and Edward never saw his wallet again. That is until now, when a worker who was doing some restoration in the same palace stumbled upon it. The wallet is in pretty bad shape, but is a true time capsule. Photos of family and friends, receipts, union membership cards, a national service card dated December 9, 1944 and a health insurance card – all were found inside, small gifts from the past.
