‘Bear Bathtub’ Caught on Camera in Yellowstone

What can be better than relaxing in a hot tub after a long week? Not much, or at least that’s what the bears in the video below seem to think. Now, you may be wondering where in the world bears have access to hot tubs. After all, it’s not like there’s a spa resort where bear can check in and enjoy being pampered for a few days.
Well, not exactly, but nature provides something that is just as good as a 5-star resort. And it’s definitely more private too. Introducing the “Bear Bathtub”. This is the nickname for a natural swimming hole that can be found in the natural park Yellowstone. It’s the favorite relaxing spot for bears that live here.
National Geographic camera traps at this backcountry pool managed to unveil new knowledge about bear behavior. As it turns out, they enjoy taking a relaxing dip as much as we do. Seeing the bears just chilling out and enjoying some family time will make you see these magnificent creatures in a whole new light.
