There’s a saying that goes something like this: “the early bird catches the worm.” But the clever robin in the video below has found a way to get tasty worms that doesn’t involve getting up early in the morning. With a little help from his human friend who happens to be a gardener, this baby robin never misses a meal, and the story is going viral.
It all started one day when the gardener came across the baby robin while doing some work in the garden. Seeing that the bird was looking for food, the man decided to use his knowledge as a gardener to help the bird find some food.
The man managed to unearth a bunch of delicious worms, which obviously got the robin pretty excited. Careful not to hurt the bird that was getting closer and closer to his shovel, the gardener kept pointing out the worms to the robin.
The best thing about this video and the robin’s reaction is the fact that the bird actually seems to understand what the gardener is trying to communicate to him. Through body language and movement, the two actually appear to be interacting at a more profound level, and that’s always nice to see.
As you probably know, robins don’t usually get this close to humans, so this is definitely a rare sight and not something you get to see every day. That’s why we encourage you to share this clip with all of your friends and family online.
Thanks for watching!
